Growing talent for a better tomorrow
Introduction
For many years BPSA has contributed in meaningful and sustainable ways to enhance the standard of living and improve the well-being of communities within which they operate, being a corporate citizen in South Africa for more than 90 years, BP continues to impact lives of previously disadvantaged South Africans, specifically black women and people with disabilities, by empowering them with education and skills development.
Established in 2014, BPSA Education Foundation is a PBO Independent of BPSA with its own Board of Trustees and CEO. Our main objective is to advance the opportunities of inclusive economic development and shared growth through high school programs, financing for higher education in the form of scholarships & skills development and working with people living with disabilities. The Foundation aims to collaborate with the government, the private sector and educational institutions to improve the quality of education in science, technology, English and mathematics, while developing a pipeline for universities.
